Hong Kong Summer Internship Programme 2027

Freshfields runs two four-week internship schemes in its Hong Kong office, in June and July 2027.

This is the first step to a Hong Kong training contract — Freshfields selects its future trainees from the internship programme, and makes training contract offers on 1 August each year. The firm covers PCLL course fees in full and provides a maintenance grant for living costs.

Who can apply: penultimate-year students. You must hold valid student status at the time of the internship, because of Hong Kong training visa requirements.

Applications open 1 August 2026 and close 31 December 2026 (Hong Kong time).
